Apply for certification

Once you have registered your interest in certification via the online form one of our team will contact you to discuss your business and next steps. Should you wish to proceed you will need to complete the attached application form and return to the AIMSC team before the closing date (see below schedule) by email - certification@aimsc.org.au or post to the address on our contacts page. Please contact us if you have any queries throughout the process.

Register for certification

In order to commence the certification process please complete the attached form and return to AIMSC with the other required documents:

  • Copy of ABNR certificate
  • Copy of certificate of company registration attached
  • Copy of register of shareholders
  • Copy of register of office holders
  • Copy of company Constitution/partnership agreement/trust deed/joint venture agreement
  • Copy of delegations of authority
  • Copy of previous year's income tax statement
  • Copy of certificates of insurance
