"Thullii" - meaning sand goanna - a totem of the Ngemba people, the people to whom, the owner Sharon Williams belongs to. A descendant of the Weilwan clan.

A specialist employment consultant owned by Lani Blanco-Frances who began her career in Indigenous employment with the Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC). In this position she provided training and ongoing career development advice during the implementation of the organisation’s Indigenous Employment Strategy.

In 2002 Blanco-Francis received the prestigious Neville Bonner Memorial Award at the DEEWR Corporate Leaders for Indigenous Employment Awards. As the major award presented at the event, it recognised her exceptional contribution to advancing Indigenous employment opportunities while working with QANTAS.

Since 2002, she has worked with several corporate leaders where she was responsible for writing their innovative Indigenous employment strategies.  Her strengths are in the development and implementation of Indigenous employment strategies and in advising employers about Indigenous employment practices. She is a great communicator who established relationships with leading corporate and government sector human resource and people management professionals and other key stakeholders.

Lani will soon publish her first book ‘The Australian Guide to Aboriginal Employment’ with Mr Neil Willmett. This resource has been specifically developed to assist fellow human resource professionals recruit, retain and develop Indigenous employees.
